We met Dennis Doren at a Parade of Homes where he won Best of Show and he has been our builder ever since. His construction skills range from an outhouse to a commercial construction of a museum and visitor's center. Cornerstone and Dennis are unmatched in their attention to detail. I have recommended Cornerstone many times and would do it again in a heartbeat. If you do not change the specs, he will stay within his bid. If you want something done right and on schedule, call Cornerstone.

Cornerstone built a house for me in 2016. Dennis Doran, the owner, is very conscientious and particular about keeping building quality high and on schedule. I felt like I could always trust him to make the best decisions, and to consult with me if the decisions required my input. I love my house and will be in it until they haul me off to the old folks home, but if I did ever plan to build again, I would definitely use Cornerstone.

I would highly recommend award winning Cornerstone, Inc. as a contractor. I've brought several clients to Dennis who has built custom homes for and all were extremely satisfied with his work. Cornerstone will go the extra mile for their clients and see to every detail. Dennis works tirelessly to match the home to the land and see that the finished product is exactly what the client wants. Cornerstone has experience in single family homes, townhomes, condominiums, multi family, apartment complex's and commercial structures. On time and on budget. Cornerstone, Inc Employees
Run, don’t walk, away from Cornerstone and Dennis Doran. We hired him to build our house and it was a huge mistake. He was completely incompetent, tried to cheat us, didn’t put doors and windows in the correct spot, ‘forgot’ to put the rebar in our cement foundation, used cheaper materials than what was on the plan and a multitude of other issues. We had to fire him and hire a new contractor to fix all the errors and finish our house. My husband is a commercial contractor so he knows the ins & outs of construction. For those that Dennis built houses for I hope he did a good job for you and hopefully you don’t have issues from him cutting corners and hiding or leaving out things you can’t see but his business needs to be shut down.
