I screen who I hire as much as I can and sometimes it's based on gut. Cornerstone is probably the most dedicated and ethical company I have worked with. My UPPER enclosed porch kept getting flooded, and it was not from the roof or ceiling because only the floor was wet, and I had already had three people out to look at it. No one could figure anything out. To their credit, they didn't charge me for coming out, but they wouldn't agree to pursue a solution. Dwayne said he had some ideas but couldn't guarantee anything and he came out several times until he finally hit on the solution. And he didn't send an invoice until the job was fixed. We've since had several heavy rains and we haven't had a drop of water on our enclosed UPPER porch since. Now I can sit on my enclosed porch and enjoy it and now I can feel comfortable enough to purchase a new carpet for it, since the last one, which was only a year old, had to be ripped out. I would highly recommend Dwayne without hesitation.
