I hired this company to install two new screen doors. The doors installed were not of the materials I selected (doors were supposed to be built by Corrigan Housewright, but were bought by them instead). The crew who installed the doors did not realize that we had 2 by 4 construction and cut the holes for the door handles for 2 by 6 construction. I was not told this was done until I asked
about the visible patch jobs. In addition to this, the door handles didn't work properly and I did not get the warranty information for the doors. When I voiced my concerns to the owner, he said he was going to replace the door handles, patch the doors better and provide me with the warranty information he said came with the doors. After four weeks of him stringing me along, it
became obvious that he was not going to keep his word since I already paid him in full ($2,342). I submitted a compliant to the BBB to try and resolve the issues, but the company never responded.
