Our experience with Cortez was outstanding from start to finish. The staff promptly responded to my phone call, quoted a great price, and did a beautiful job in painting all trim and woodwork in our home, as requested. Further, they were efficient, respectful, and tidy with the entire project--stopping only once to take a brief lunch break. Met with Eddy Cortez at my new condo on a Friday morning. Needed all new trim and baseboards installed and a 1250 sqft condo painted by the following Friday, the week of the 4th of July. Eddy's crew started on Wednesday and was done on Friday. Condo looks spectacular and I'm thrilled. Couldn't be happier.

Very pleasant experience with Cortez Contractors, they made 2 problems rooms in my home look like brand new. Carpenters did a expert job at cutting and installing new moulding in dining room, painters removed sagging wallpaper, made repairs on walls and ceilings with expertise. Painted both rooms beautifully. Everyone was respectful and hard working. They showed up on time each day. Cleaned up area everyday before leaving. Mr Cortez and his team are true professionals . I am really beyond satisfied with work they did for me! Would recommend them highly for any contracting needs that you may have! !
