Alex and his father met with me to go over my project (driveway). They understood clearly what I was wanting done and they provided very clear details about several options. When the day came for the job, the crew and equipment arrived precisely as promised and the entire job was completed on time. They were professional, knowledgable, with an obvious commitment to the job. As an added bonus, the entire Cortez Paving family is so friendly--from the first consultation to the job finish. They won out over the other bids I'd received because of this positive attitude and because the cost was very fair. Can't say enough good things about this company.

I needed two roads within our condo community resurfaced and repaired. Our roads are up in the Lake Arrowhead mountains. I made a few phone calls on a Saturday to different outfits that service the San Bernadino area. Jose immediately returned my call and even came up to the mountain to meet with me that same day. We walked the entire area and Jose made several suggestions on what needed to be done. I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience. We picked a date for the project. It was done on-time and looks great. Even the repairs that required new asphalt turned out great. They painted white parking lines as well. We were able to drive on the roads a couple days later. Many homeowners have given high praise to the quality and workmanship of the job. Jose and his son Alex run a top-notch operation. Jose is also a perfectionist. He wanted the job to be perfect and was willing to postpone work until the weather was perfect for drying conditions. Their cost was extremely reasonable. Cortez Paving is the only phone call you need to make.
