Very unreliable, dishonest, and rude owner: Ruben. Our warranty company selected them to repair our unit. Each time I followed up from October to Jan., I received a different answer. When I called the warranty company, Cortinas & Sons had yet to submit any paperwork to the warranty company. A huge waste of time and money! Stay away from them!
