I had a flat roof with a pitch. Cosenza Roofing re-roofed flat roof resulting in no pitch. Sloppy work done on entire job and they re-roofed over damaged areas without my knowledge of damage. Needless to say it reared it’s ugly head with a leak. The restoration company and construction consultant has found major structural damage resulting in 96,000. It has been 4 months and Cosenza’s liability insurance NARS has sent the claim to HSIC and we are waiting and waiting and waiting. Meanwhile we are still living under tarps.

This company Cosenza Roofing in Santee, CA. would be the last Roofer I'd pick.
I will not comment until he comes back and fixes dozen's of mistakes and didn't go by code on patio . If he does come back and fixes everything for all the money we paid him already or refunds some money to have the patio and fusica boards replaced I'll leave him good feedback, but he finished the job in Oct 2019 and here it is Jan. 2020 and its still looks terrible. He was asked to use cedar or redwood on patio , used old plywood. The top of patio we wanted shinges to match house roof. we got torchdown flat roof.
