  I hired Bzb to do my windows they took $1800 and they never did they kept on putting me off and then they call me finally seven months later and they said we made a mistake in the mat it's not a 2800 it's 7500 and then they never got in touch with me again I went to the magistrate and now they can't find them

  Siding, gutters, windows, trim

  This con artist was supposed to start our siding job in November 2017...didn't actually start until May 2018, but only worked for 3 hours that day, then we didn't see him again until June, when he worked for 45 minutes, left and never came back. We paid for all the material and he didn't even bring it to our house. Never answers phone calls, etc. The guy is literally a scumbag. WARNING DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT HIRING THIS GUY!!! We will be filing charges.

  Retaining wall and sidewalk

  One of the worse contractors in pa. Work was to be started August 1, showed up September 1, broke up old sidewalk, then took 7 days to remove debris, did not show up again until the end of October worked 45 minutes and left. Always says he will show tomorrow. 11/24/18. And still have no retaining wall or sidewalk. Going to the magistrate.

  Metal roof

  Rushed metal roof job. Did not cut sheathing back to match facia so new drip edge properly fit. Botched.... Drip edge 2 inches away from facia. Amateur rookie mistake.... Drug job on for eight months. Will hire someone else to complete

  I wouldn't even give him 1 star if I didn't have to. This man took almost $30,000 from me, plus stole $1,500 from my home, for siding, a roof and 2 bathrooms (neither of which is complete or usable). The siding is falling off the front of my house (which is the section the owner, Brian Cosgrove, performed the work on. My upstairs bathroom shower was not shimmed, the water fixtures not mounted, and it leaks into my bathroom and kitchen on the 1st floor which resulted in the staining of BRAND NEW ceiling tile. He does not respond when you contact him directly regarding any problems - he is a thief and a very poor contractor. He shouldn't even have a license.

  This contractor should be put in jail! He tore apart my 2 bathrooms, upstairs and down, and left them both unfinished and charged me $8,200.00. Also, an envelope with $1,533.00 was missing when they left my house. They also installed a roof and siding which is falling off my house and charged me $20,000 for that. He is a rip-off artist and should not be hired or even considered for any type of construction job.
