The developer, wouldn't allow my modifications during the construction process - so, after closing, I enlarged a guest bedroom, added a full bath, built a master closet and added a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and lanai (with retractable screens).
I worked with Stuart architect Lance Vogel and Cosmopolitan Construction, a family business owned and run by Gus Alvarez. I highly recommend both !!
