Do not waste your time or money with this builder! I settled on my house 2 months ago and they still have not come out to fix problems I found. My neighbors gave been in their houses for over a year and they are still waiting on their repairs!!!!!! DO NOT let this company build your house, Dan Ryan built my first house and did a better job then Cosner. That should tell you something!
