Costa Construction took my deposit and cashed it instead of holding it in said bank account. He was notified a day later to return it, since I was going with another crew. He did not return money and I had to go to small claims court to put a lien on his house. This was apparently not the first time he has taken homeowner's money and did not return a deposit or provide work. DO NOT TRUST. CROOK.
