This builder can not accomplished his promised thing to his client ,the basement wall of my home have cracks and leaking water,8 months ago I ask the builder to repair that ,he promised me will fix at spring 2013,but he delay more than 10 times,Till today already 8 months past ,he alway have various excuse to refuse to fix it,my house was build at 2011 fall, only 1 and half years old ,the quality is so bad ,and the builder of costa homes doesn't take the responsibility!
His rate is only worth 10!

I, too, had a basement crack. Because it was outside the warranty period, I paid Al Costa to fix it. It continued to leak, however, and I had to pay a second time--to a different contractor--to get it repaired. There are other things wrong with the house: an HVAC pipe coupling that was never cemented, causing a leak and mold to form; a shower stall floor that squeaks whenever it's stepped on; a bathroom faucet that doesn't work in very cold weather; an excessively cold walk-in closet; and the builder's failure to establish a homeowners' association.
