    Install Mini split
    $5,000

    Installed a Samsung mini split that they could not get to work per their work order. Left job site, washed their hands of client.
    They did not pull permit.
    Took almost $5,000. Refused to refund even after Samsung picked up unit as defective and another contractor replaced it with working one.
    Out $5k. Have to sue to get money back. AVOID!!!!

    I had a simple clean and service completed, and it was an affordable 40 dollars. Aaron our service tech was super professional and arrived to my residence right on time! They didn't try to up sales products or services. Aaron was very informative and went step by step to teach us preventative maintenance on our single home A/C System.

    As a veteran I can personally attest to how this company takes care of us. During my service call an issue was discovered, and money was is tight. The service tech spoke with the owner, and when I called to locate some products I needed, the owner personally took care of me and was aware of who I was and what i was looking for, and the situation that arouse during my service call! As the Owner being a fellow veteran he was more then happy to help me and take care of me! It was a very refreshing experience to have from the service industry.

    I highly recommend this company, they are punctual, professional, honest, and really take care of their customers any way possible. Their simple gesture of helping me out in my time of need made me a customer for as long as I'm in the SWFL Area.
