    Water Damage Restoration project

    Dennis is a good communicator, organized and works with integrity. He did an excellent job for our water damage restoration project. And with non-stop perseverance he installed one tedious backyard drain that took most of the day. He is honest, reasonable and fair. A must hire!

    Bathroom Leak and tile work

    There was a leak behind the shower with no easy access (had to go through shower tile). Dennis located the leak with only removing a small portion of the tile. He fixed the leak and replaced the tile. In addition he removed the baseboards and dried out the wall that had some water. I would hire Cottage construction if I need a general contractor or plumber again. Dennis communicated well with me in regards to the work and estimate. He was on budget and on time and did a great job with the work.

    Cottage Construction did a beautiful job in renovating our Laguna Beach cottage from top to bottom; they put in a new kitchen, new heating system (converting to central heating and adding a new and very attractive furnace enclosure}, new wood floors throughout, updated the bathroom, lighting and cabinets everywhere. We were highly satisfied with their work.
