Founded in 1989 by Jim Reevie after relocating from Pennsylvania, Cottage Contractors Inc. is a family-owned general contractor based in Centennial, Colorado. Now joined by his sons, Kirk and Greg, Jim leads a company that provides full-service residential construction throughout the Denver metro area, including custom home building, major remodels, and both vertical and lateral additions. Cottage Contractors' portfolio includes complete kitchen remodels, second story expansions, basement finishing, office and living space renovations, and custom built-in shelving. The firm also constructs covered patios, decks, pergolas, and gazebos. Every project is personally managed by a member of the Reevie family, emphasizing direct oversight throughout the build process.
