We contracted with Bill Cotton to build our final custom home after recently becoming empty nesters. While Bill provided us with a beautiful design, he allowed us to customize the home to fit our needs and fulfill our vision. The quality of the construction and communication with Bill and his team were amazing. Throughout the process, Bill and his right hand man- Blake were constantly making sure that we were happy with every step of the process. If there was something we wanted different or to change, they did it immediately without question and did not tack on change fees for everything. They went over and above to make sure they would produce a top notch product that was catered to our vision and needs. Blake was onsite every single day starting at 8 am supervising the subs and making sure everything went smoothly. He worked very hard to deliver the kind of perfection that is expected from Bill and his customers- very dedicated and helpful, always so patient and calm. Gina assisted me from the very beginning to the end of the process in making selections for our home. She personally accompanied me to every vendor and was so helpful with so many aspects of design, architecture and communication with vendors. She was amazing and really helped me feel confident in my selections throughout. When a vendor could not provide what we wanted, she found another one that did. We spent countless hours on the phone, emails and in person as she helped to keep a timeline and things running smoothly all the way through. Communication with Bill and his team continue to be excellent. We closed on our beautiful home just a couple of months ago and that communication is ongoing- any small issues we have, my husband calls Bill and he and Blake go over and above to continue to help us out. I think Bill's motto throughout this process was and still is- are you happy, and if you are not what can we do to make it perfect for you? It has been an incredible experience and we are truly grateful to have had Bill Cotton and his amazing team fulfill our dream!!
