This guy is a complete ripoff. Beware, he was hired to do some minor kitchen cabinet repair, install new kitchen cabinet drawers, and install a couple of new drawers in an office desk. After weeks of incompetent blundering, they walked away. Mr. Solo took a 50% deposit which is illegal in CA, and still demanded the rest of his money even though he decided not to fix the cabinets as he agreed after reviewing the shoddy work. This guys doesn't even deserve one star in my book. He took weeks to do what subsequent carpenter only took about 3 days to complete correctly. These guys are truly utterly incompetent and charging 50% down payment up front may yet land him in hot water as I intend to file against him with the CSLB.
