Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Got assigned them through American Home Shield. He showed up 1.5 hours late then informed me I needed a new subfloor to fix the leaking toilet. Also told me he went under my house. I contacted an experienced contractor the next day who arrived on time, who went under the house and said the subfloor was fine, I even saw it for myself. Wood was brand new. That same contractor came out a week later and installed new ring and all is good. Said the old ring was not installed correctly. I don't believe "Country Boy" ever went under my house as the opening I installed the brinks myself and they were exactly, w/o an inch to spare, the way I laid them. I hate to give 1 star, I prefer a -5 stars. On top of it, they have taken over a month to get the review to AHS, so AHS could get me another company out to repair. Read other reviews on BBB and Angi, YELP, Burnet Chamber of Commerce that don't paint a pretty picture of "Country Boy" more like NOT A GOOD OLE "Country Boy"!
