This past year a tree fell on my house and part of the repairs and renovations included replacing wall-to-wall carpeting with flooring that would perform in extreme weather and humidity. Pro Gen by TARKETT was the material recommended and selected. First of all, Maureen and Jerrod guided me to the appropriate flooring. Jerrod came to my home to review dimensions and flooring. The installers were meticulous, industrious, and very courteous. They encountered structural damage and stopped their work to allow me to decide what I wanted and needed to do. Most companies that work on a time and money productivity model would have covered the damage and would been done with it. Country Carpet did the right thing. The job was completed beautifully after I hired a framer to make repairs. The service I received from Country Carpet was custom/individualized. I am very grateful for this resource and highly recommend it to anyone.
