THIS COMPANY IS CONTRACTED BY LOWES TO COMPLETE THEIR FENCING BIDS. GREG, THE OWNER, THEN SUBCONTRACTS OUT TO A INDIVIDUAL NAMED MONDO AND HIS 2 SONS. OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS FENCING JOB HAS BEEN HORRIFIC! MONDO IS NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD AND HAS NO INTEGRITY. THE FENCING JOB WAS BID ON 10/3 AND IT IS STILL NOT COMPLETED AS I WRITE THIS REVIEW. DUE TO RAIN IN OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER, OUR START DATE WAS DELAYED. WE RECEIVED A CALL FROM MONDO ASKING IF WE COULD DELAY IT EVEN LONGER BY 2 WEEKS AND WE WERE VERY ACCOMODATING. UNFORTUNATELY, BECAUSE HE IS SO OVERBOOKED WITH OTHER CLIENTS AND HIS OWN SIDE JOBS THAT WE STILL DON'T HAVE A COMPLETED FENCE! THE WORST PART IS THAT WE'RE TOLD SOMEONE WILL BE HERE AT A CERTAIN TIME AND IT NEVER HAPPENS - ONE DAY NOBODY EVEN BOTHERED TO SHOW UP OR CALL - EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. WE WENT WITH LOWES BECAUSE WE THOUGHT IT WAS A TRUSTWORTHY AND DEPENDABLE COMPANY - UNFORTUNATELY THEIR USE OF CONTRACTORS REFLECTS POORLY ON THEM. WE FINALLY HAD TO THREATEN TO FIRE LOWES BEFORE A INSTALLATION MANAGER, MELISSA, TOOK MATTERS INTO HER OWN HANDS. SHE IS DUE TO ARRIVE TODAY TO REVIEW THE INCOMPLETE FENCE.

My job was contracted with lowes
The door is still not installed correctly they left holes in the woodwork glue showing..threshold with holes patch on the wall that shows ......and the door is not flush at the top
I will have to deal with lowes once again!!
