Countywide Contracting

Dwayne is a nice person However he never follows through on things that he says that he will. Our home has been almost complete for a year and a half now. Dwayne had made promises that he would be back to complete the job And has yet to follow through after he received his final payment which he should’ve never got because the work was never completed but we trusted him on his word that he would return and complete it. He never come back after a year and fixed The major settling cracks. He won’t return calls or emails. He believes all is good when in fact it’s not. I would NOT EVER recommend him to anyone. A very POOR WAY TO DO BUSINESS.

Dwayne Deimler is a wonderful person and a fantastic builder. Dwayne is easy to work with. 4x6 construction is exceptional in the Lewisberry area. His prices are lower than many contractors in the area and most of them use 2x4 framing. Though his prices are lower, he quality is better. That is unheard of in this economy.

I can't believe anyone would say he uses "shoddy" materials. You need to tell any builder, in writing, what you want in your home ahead of time. They build a lot of homes for a lot of people. It's easy to misunderstand if you don't put it in writing.

Our home is so beautiful, I truly believe it could be showcased on the Parade of Homes. I drew pictures of what I wanted and typed up details, which I gave to the builder ahead of time. He and his crew followed the lists and called me if they had any questions.

All I can say is wow...and not in a good way. Excuses, waiting days for returned phone calls, voice mail always full, may have been under budget but used shoddy materials and I don't think half his "sub contractors" were even licensed. RUNNNNN
