I found the owner to be defensive when I asked him questions about the work that had been done. without discussing with me my options to increase air flow he replaced the air vent which cost him 5 dollars and charged me $37.00 for and $85.00 for the service call. so in total I was charged a $122.00 for 5 minutes of work to screw in a new air vent where there was one before. this accomplished absolutely nothing. when asked my options later by phone I was then told it would cost thousands of dollars to redo the duct work. the owner purposely did this to get rid of me as quickly as possible. I would never do work with this company or recommend them to any one who AC issues
