  Covco Contracting LLC has been in business creating beautiful homes and renovating older or smaller ones since 1981. Owner and Member, Sean Coveney has always and continues to provide his knowledge and expertise in all phases of construction. I would definitely recommend him and his subcontractors that have worked beside him for many years to make your dreams a reality.

  Where to begin… If you are looking for a builder/contractor that is rude and arrogant you have found him. If you are looking for next to NO COMMUNICATION throughout the process, you have found him. If you are looking for extra requests for more money for each and every thing you found him. If you want to have no input on a house build or purchase, look no further! The entire transaction and process dealing with Sean Coveney was an extreme nightmare caused by every action and inaction he took. Asking for a walk through of a house (which was agreed upon in the contract) resulted in delays, poor workmanship, and the wrong products were used throughout the home. After delaying closing for several weeks because he is spiteful which resulted in a family with 3 small children to stay in a hotel room for over a month.

  Hopefully this small review (which only covers a fraction of the nightmare experience) paints a pretty clear picture of how dealing with Covco Contracting and Sean Coveney transpires. Once you may finally close on a house build from Covco Contracting and Sean Coveney, the nightmare does not end there. He leaves you with numerous issues that are wrong with the house and need to be addressed through the Home Warranty program, but he fails to address any of the issues, so the nightmare continues!
