Quick & courteous, honest & reliable! Was told by another Plumbing company I needed a whole new water heater, but only needed a $60 part. Thank you Covens Plumbing!

If you want a professional job, I suggest you look elsewhere for a plumber.
Never there when he says he will be, did some poor finishes. Smooth talker but poor producer. All kinds of reasons for his failure to show up on the job - never his fault. Had other jobs to take care of, etc,but always needed a draw on his contract amount. -

When we started experiencing problems with fluctuating water pressure, I first called another company. After they told me that both of my water heaters were bad, and that each would cost roughly $1200 to replace, I decided to get a second opinion. I called Mr. Coven, and his diagnosis was completely different. My pressure tank was the problem and the part cost $60. One of the water heaters was due for a replacement since it was 20 years old, so we ended up replacing it (at about a third of the cost that the other company quoted). My total bill was just over $500 for a job the other guy quoted $2400 for. Plus, he was friendly, fast, and didn't treat me like I was stupid; he took the time to explain exactly what the problem was in lay-man's terms. It's so easy to get ripped off when you don't know what you're doing - so glad there are still guys like Ryan around.

We did a remodel. Had them put in a new furnace and plumbing for a new island in kitchen and a new bathroom. Also replaced hot water heater. He put in a larger hot water heater than requested. The zone valves on furnace don’t work right, and never returned phone calls.
We recently discovered that the shower drain was connected correctly and has flooded our crawl space. I did finally reach him on phone, but he has never shown up. Had to fix myself. Had to run pumps to drain crawl space, asked him if he had fans to dry it, but no response.
He was almost $1000 over bid. But he did assure me the guys who did the work no longer work for him. LOL If they work for you, you are responsible
