Overall experience was very mediocre. The work was eventually done, however it took far longer than what was promised and the quality of work was not great - OK, but not great. Before agreeing to hire Jeff I made clear that we wanted to be able to rely on his committed timeline and did not want to end up having our project delayed because he was bouncing from week to week to this other customer or that other job. Unfortunately - after we were already committed - that is exactly what happened. Our project dragged on and on and eventually had to get confrontational just to get the final phase completed. The quality of the work in one of the last two projects completed was very shoddy and I have had to undo and make repairs myself. Some of the work was well done so I don't want to give the impression that it was all bad, but I have definitely seen higher skill levels in other contractors with competitive prices.
