    Hired Aron Cowan of Cowans Home Improvment to remodel basement for father in-law with stage four cancer and he walked off with money and materials. We have a contract and it was going to take two weeks and now is three months. They started on the walls and plumbing and never returned. they will not answer calls or return text. They received over $6000,00 for materials. We now have a law suit pending and they have moved their business to Chillicothe, Ohio. So Ross county beware. DO NOT hire this Contractor.
