By Michael S.September 1, 2021Replace concrete
run a small HOA here in Park City and we needed to have some concrete gutters replaced as well as some homeowners driveways. The work totaled over $25K. While replacing the concrete gutters, his crew damaged a part of the asphalt road. We have attempted to call Alan (the owner), but his voicemail is full and he doesn't answer his emails. The repair is costing us $500 and we will take him to small claims court. Choose another contractor as this guy couldn't care about anything after he is paid.

Cowboy Concrete & Construction will do a great job for you! All the guys on our small job were very nice & professional, and the work was well done. I will definitely bring them back for bigger projects in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience with Nathan Nelson and Concrete Cowboy Utah. I paid upfront for their services, but the workers were extremely unprofessional. They left garbage and cigarette butts on my lawn, brought minors to my property, and stained my carpet inside the house due to their work. Additionally, they stained my sidewalk by parking heavy machinery on it.
Nathan initially texted me, promising to come and clean the sidewalk, but he stopped responding and never followed through. This company is very rude and unprofessional. They demand full payment upfront but avoid fixing their mistakes. I strongly advise against hiring Concrete Cowboy Utah.
Here are the key issues I encountered:
Unprofessional Behavior: The workers were extremely unprofessional. They left garbage and cigarette butts on my lawn and even brought minors to my property.
Damage to Property: Their work resulted in stains on my carpet inside the house and on the sidewalk due to parking heavy machinery.
Lack of Accountability: Despite Nathan texting me that they would come to clean the sidewalk, he stopped responding and never followed through.
Upfront Payment Issues: Nathan demanded full payment upfront but avoided addressing the mistakes made by his team.
Issues Noted:
The carpet inside the house was stained during the project.
The sidewalk was stained due to heavy machinery parked there.
Despite promises to clean these stains, no action has been taken.
Overall, this company was very rude and unprofessional. I strongly advise against Hiring Concrete Cowboys Utah !!!!!
