We're in the business of building dreams. It's a tremendously rewarding experience to work with the homeowner into making their vision a reality. It brings us great pride knowing that in building this space it will increase the value of their home, and they'll be able to enjoy it for the rest of their time spent in it. Do not hire. We prepaid in full for fencing and siding services in January. This should have been a red flag in itself as industry standard is typically 50% down, but Dohn obviously has the industry knowledge and experience to lure people in. Needless to say, we have not had any work done despite our written contract and they are not responding to our attempts to contact. It is disheartening to read that others have been taken advantage of in this way as well.

We hired them through Angi and everything seemed ok, but now we are working with Angi to just get a hold of them. Sounds like they are avoiding their calls in our behalf as well. Unfortunately, a review was posted after we should have taken heed on their swindling ways and are now out money and just waiting for any sort of communication. Do not hire these people. Sounds like they are just collecting funds and pulling out altogether.

Signed contract with Cowles on 8/14/2024 and paid a deposit. After that, he failed to show for scheduled appointments claiming "all his workers quit and he has to do the work all by himself". He kept pushing out the start date. Due to a lack of trust with him, we let him know that we are cancelling our project and would like a refund of our deposit. We never heard from him again. Turns out he's scammed others out of their deposits as well. DO NOT HIRE!!!
