The quality of workmanship for this contractor is very poor. He is not dependable and is unreliable. He doesn’t show up to work when he says he will. Instead, he comes late in the evening and works in the dark with a flashlight. He doesn’t abide by his own contract. He barely got anything done when his contract states that the job would be finished in 7 days. He was asked to lay concrete steps. He misrepresented himself. He couldn’t do the job properly.
