This company is who services my apartment complex. If you are looking for a landscaper, do not use this company! I’ve lived here for 6 years and in that time, they have scalped 30 year old trees so much they are lop-sided and look strange. Clearly not true arborists. They NEVER test the sprinklers when they are here weekly, so as a result the sidewalks and rocks get watered instead. They used to come at 6am with that horrible leaf blower, but now it’s 7:30, yay. I reported to the property manger that there are two sprinklers that are broken and shoot up water taller than the building, that was Sept 1. Coy was here on Sept 2 and they weren’t repaired. I contacted Coy on FB messenger on Sept 2 and they still haven’t read the message. I called Coy On Sept 9 and spoke to Kristen a “manager” who gave me all kinds of excuses why sprinklers break and why they would be spraying the sidewalks and rocks but took no responsibility for the repairs. She said she was going to contact the route manger for our complex and guess what, the sprinklers are still broken and shooting water high in the air and today is Sept 16. This isn’t the first water-related issue with them. For weeks, the sprinklers around one building were on so long it flooded the grass and created small rivers down the parking lots and onto Bell road. I reported it to the property manger on a Saturday and was told the guy from Coy who repairs, is sick and wouldn’t be in until Tuesday. Weird, one guy for the entire company is the only one who repairs sprinkler systems. This company is unprofessional, incompetent and lazy. Do not hire this company no matter how desperate you are, you will regret it.
