We contracted with the company to build a 6 foot high block wall around the back of our property in Santa Fe. The work performed thus far is shoddy and inferior we have broken block; block installed backwards; a hole in the wall with rebar showing; the wall is not level or plum; the joints aren’t filled in and the cement is slopped around. The owner, Randall Scott doesn’t see an issue with the wall and claims it’s “quality masonry work” that his company has provided since 2003. He came on the property to review the work and very arrogantly dismissed my wife’s concerns about quality and structural integrity. He stated that was her “opinion”. He is definitely not into customer service or customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this company for any type of home improvement projects.
