Frozy Cozy will appears really nice before he gets paid. He will get your money install your system and you will never see him again.
He does not honor his “2 year warranty”. I got a brand new system installed in November 2020, I called him out 60 days later and he absolutely would not answer my phone calls nor test or back come and look at my unit that he installed. He finally texted and told me that when he left it was working and to call a service technician to service my unit that he installed. I have a mother with cancer and we are sitting here right now ( November 2021) in complete coldness it’s 36 degrees outside and this guy won’t return any phone calls or text to fix the brand new heater he installed less than 1 year ago. He does not honor warranty’s on any unit that he installs although before he gets paid he explains all about his warranty he is offering with his intall service.
Once I paid him he has never returned to my house to look at my furnace that he installed that is not functioning properly. He won’t even return calls or text messages basically he said fuck you after getting the heater installed and won’t even come back and look at it to repair what ever is malfunctioning in the furnace. He has no empathy please take your money else where .
I have never experienced a contractor that installed something in a house offered you a warranty for 2 years and won’t come back when the unit stops working to look at it. He is a bully that has simply not honored his warranty on his work as though he promised.
It’s cold outside and I am sitting here with no heat and just bought a brand new heater less than 1 year ago.
