Cozy was hired by a third party to renovate a home we ended up purchasing. The house was in better shape before they touched it. The new windows leak. The new roof leaks. The toilet was not installed properly. New exterior paint is already peeling less than a year after it was redone and the grout in both the kitchen and bathroom began cracking less than a year after completion. And the list goes on... You have a choice when it comes to hiring a contractor... Stay FAR away from these guys. I would never let them touch another thing on our property.
