David Cooper, President of CPEX has been in the construction and engineering business for over 20 years. David received a civil engineering degree from Georgia Tech, and also holds a Professional Engineer’s license.

David spent the first ten years of his career working in planning, designing, and overseeing construction for major highway and general civil projects from coast to coast. He eventually shifted his focus into land development, and worked for one of the largest home builders in the nation.

It was always David's dream to have his own business, and he decided to launch CPEX in 2010.

In David's free time he likes to spend time with his wife and three children, as well as travel to the beach.

    In a major renovation project, the level of commitment that your General Contractor brings to the project plays an overwhelming influence in the quality of the finished product and your level of satisfaction. Our team is proud to recommend CPEX Construction to those who need to transform a property quickly, on-budget, and with minimal distractions.

    While no major project is easy, it was comforting to know that CPEX lived up to their commitments and took responsibility for the quality and timelines of their work. Thier team always showed up on time, had a plan of action for the day, and executed. Whenever there was an unplanned event or circumstance, such as our floor joists being rotten, the team developed a plan, proposed a solution, provided us transparency on how it would impact our budget, and when given approval, kept charging ahead.

    Throughout our entire project, the management team at CPEX would routinely reach out to us to check on our level of satisfaction, give us an opportunity to provide feedback, and to keep us aware on how we where tracking to our financial and operational goals.

    It is refreshing to deal with a team that takes as much pride in their work as CPEX.
