Do not pay in advance !!!
After you pay, he never show up
He left intensive jobs and high material jobs
His crews are unprofessional and he sits in a car nothing to do management
Construction periods are double the estimate and cheap materials and finish -

Worst experience of my life. Insulation is cheaply done and my house is freezing. all my doors are uneven and wont shut. my bathrooms tiles look horrendous even after they had to fix again. My toilets were crooked until i told them to realign it. sheet rock they used for my walls are cheap and nails are sticking out. supposed to paint the patio deck and they didn't. failed inspection 7 times. took 7 MONTHS to complete and get a CO.
