My first experience working with Justin was great. He was diligent, puntual and did quality work. I reached back out to him for a Exhaust fan issue that was a tad unsual, he came out figured out what needed to be done and even though he was about to go on vacation in begining of october he told me he would get the work done either last week of October or 1st of November. I explained that I wanted the work done before Thanksgiving and via text assured me it would be done by then. Subsequent emails, texts, voicemails were never replied to by Justin. Terribly unprofessional and surely will suffer during the next recession. These younger guys have not yet seen a terrible economic time in Tahoe area and it will prove detrimental when it happens.
