We Hired Neal Foster to construct a garage in Wasilla, and it was complete disaster. He started the project, and kept coming up w/ excuses/lies, and never showed up for 2 months. He did the slab and framing, and quit working. I ended up firing him from the project. Word of advice: this guy is a con artist - you have been forewarned.

Unfortunately I can't give negative stars.
We hired CR Foster Construction "Neil", to build a shop. About 5 weeks into it he had stopped showing up to work and demanded more money to show up again. We eventually fired him and were left with studs and a roof, all poor quality construction, and I had to fix his framing. He currently owes us around $6000 after litigation. He has no bond or license. He is a scam artist, if you talk to him about work - RUN AWAY FAST!!!!
