    They built my new home that I moved into in July 2017. I have not been able to get them to fix any issues that we've found. We have standing water in our crawlspace several days after a rain. They supposedly fixed the lot drainage just before closing. The front porch steps are separating from the house. The concrete driveway is crumbling. The tape seams of the drywall are all very visible in just about any light. The master shower leaks onto the floor which was supposedly fixed just after we moved in. They said that if we had any issues to call the owners brothers (Hayes Brother Construction -- a higher quality builder). I have a list a few pages long of violations of the building code adopted by the state.
