September 2015 I would not recommend this company. There unprofessional and not good customer service. I called to get a estimate and was told by Chris that would be here on Thursday, but he texted saying he could not make it because of an emergency. That was find I understand, so he would come next day Friday. Next day I waited again. I texted first, when will you get here. He texted 1 hour late cause of traffic. I said OK. He never showed up, so I texted him, when you getting here. NO answer back. I texted again No answer back. Never heard from him the next day or next week to let me know what happen. My time is important as is most peoples. This is very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend someone like this to do your job. They may not show up.
Response from Cr Landscaping and Fencing October 14, 2015Cynthia, I don't recall who you are but I have been in business for 13 years and have thousands of customers that would disagree with you and never had any complaints. Recently I was diagnosed with cancer and had some treatment that was an emergency, so I apologize if there was a misunderstanding as I had a lot on my plate for last few months..

I hired Chris to build a fence and plant some trees at my home. He was professional, courteous and timely, in fact he was able to build my fence a couple of weeks ahead of schedule and did a great job. I would totally recommend this man of integrity to my family and friends.
