CRA is very unprofessional. They’re quoting process went well however after that it was all downhill. They were unable to schedule the project for over one year and to boot they had a down payment that was required. They held onto over $1000 of mine for over a year and we’re not communicative about getting the job done, it was always me following up with them which is totally unacceptable. Ultimately I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. If you’re willing to take the risk then I would advise for you to use your credit car down payment, if I would’ve used anything else I probably would not Have gotten my money back. Stay away if you can!! Also read the they have a C- per the BBB.

Buildzoom chose a huge contractor like this when all I want is leaf clean up and weeding. I do not want an estimate from them. I will be calling local companies on my own now. These places did call me & were polite & professional, but not what I need.
