I'll give Crabtree about a 75% passing rate for our house. The women we dealt with in the office were great but the owner himself and his superintendents lied to us on several occasions they ignore our emails on problems with the subcontractors they lied to me and other people in the neighborhood about the lot boundaries and there have been disputes and lawsuits threatened around this they installed improper windows in our house and refused to change them Because of fire code when they could have changed the entire situation and fixed it . we asked them to install a Gas and wood fireplace and we only found out on closing week that you cannot do this on a propane house when I confronted the owner he lied about it again and then refused to fix it. I know for a fact that the builder was informed well ahead of our closing that you cannot do wood and gas on propane. Several of the houses in the neighborhood have flooded due to the builders not maintaining proper drainage in the neighborhoodThe builder told our neighbors that he would pave the street outside of the neighborhood and this has been a lie. During the build of our house we would bring up problems with the subcontractors or things being installed improperly and the builder would ignore them and make a little attempt to fix them months later when it was a much bigger problem. The builder is involved in shady business practices with the city of Piedmont's water meters and the city of piedmont is threatening legal action against them. The builder was involved with stealing water from the Oklahoma City drinking water. The superintendent had the chimney for our roof installed in the wrong location and they were moving our chimney the week of our closing. I'll blame some of our problems on the fact that we were building during 2022 but the lying and not addressing of problems brought to the Up, I'll definitely blame the builder for that. The superintendent refused to address sagging bricks on Our garage and they had to fix this problem and redo brick and paint and mortar after we moved into the house.
