Horrible experience with builder. Poor quality of work. Multiple issues that were brought to the attention of the builder, with little to no resolution. Poor work ethic and communication. Nothing will get fixed once the home is sold. All forms of communication will be ignored. Builder caused more damage to home AFTER the purchase, will not return to fix.
