Roof, gutters, drywall and install bathroom fan
    $12,000

A coworker which she was his girlfriend at the time recommended Zach to did my roof at my townhouse last year 2017. It was a combination flat roof system with shingles on the sides. There was a leak on the flat roof at a section of the house where all the rain water flows over and onto the shingles side. He inspected the roof and the attic, said it was in really bad. Needed a new flat roof system, new shingles, drywall a small piece of ceiling and some insulation in attic. Zach gave me a quote for materials and labor to be over $11k and he threw in putting in new gutters as a bonus and guaranteed his work. Gave him half down and he didn’t come back to do the job till a month later. Once the roof was done they installed the gutters and downspouts and I gave them a check for the rest of money. Then a few days later I noticed one of the downspout had came off the connection to the gutters. Then I also noticed that same downspout that had to go through and under deck was not connected to another piece to run rainwater away from house. When it rains water collects at the fountain wall under the deck. I contacted Zach several times regarding this and he said will come back and fix it. Never did come back. Several months of texting, emails, left voicemails on both his cell an work number. No reply. Now in Oct 2018 I noticed water stains appearing in the ceiling where Zach had fix. Yet another 2 months of attempts to have Zach come back fix his guaranteed work. I highly do not recommend this guy!!

    Panty and stair railings

BEWARE! HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I had them add a pantry for me and they did good work so I hired them again to do our railings. That is when the nightmare began. As you will see in the attached photos, they left unfinished sloppy work and WAY OVER CHARGED for the supplies (I did not notice this until after) I thought he was trustworthy and professional (my error) but now it has been over 2 months (almost 3) and the job is still not done. After about 6 weeks I threw a fit about it not being done so Zach came over put the one iron baluster that was missing in and put a small piece of white wood in a hole. Did not fix where they chopped up my tile floor or sand and paint the damaged walls. He left saying he was going to the store to get paint and would be right back. He never came back or called. Since then I have called him, text him, instant messaged him, emailed him and they have all been ignored or unopened. I fell for the act that he was trustworthy and professional, even gave the check since I did not know if I would be here or my daughter when he was supposed to come back. VERY STUPID on my part, I know, but I honestly thought he would do the right thing and finish the last day. DON’T TRUST HIM like I did. DOUBLE AND TRIPLE CHECK THE ESTIMATE! As you can see he way over estimated and charged when he knew it would not need that since he showed up with the correct amount (way less) needed. Estimated and charged for 55 iron balusters when only used 25, 16 base layer red oak when only used 3, 22 red oak handrails and only used 4. I only hope that he is not able to do this to someone else. Now on to the next step of not letting him get away with what he did to me.
