    Would give 0 stars if I could. We had so many problems with Rush and Craftworks that we eventually sued in small claims court and won. However, Rush still has not paid us the money we are legally owed.

    If I could give 0 starts I would. This company is a SCAM and does not deserve to be in business. Rushton robbed us of over $2k. He stated work would be complete in 2 weeks and after 5 months it is still not complete. He had poor craftmanship, lacked attention to detail and would not follow manufacturer instructions. Be aware of this company. He also had to get another contractor involved due to not being able to do the work himself. We had to do half the work ourselves. He lacks responsiveness and would not show up for weeks at a time with no response. This is the worst contractor I have worked with in my life. He will take your money and try to sell you on lies. He wouldn’t even clean up the trash he left on the yard. I have photos that show the fence we paid in full for and how he left it. We had to complete the rest. He also did not complete others areas of the project and we had to buy material that we had already paid for. He formed footings with buckets and didn’t lay them out so deck posts where floating in the air because they didn’t line up. Terrible work.

    Rush was amazing!!! I did a complete reno on a condo I purchased and he was a game changer! A lot of people will try to rip you off out there if you didn’t already know that, but CraftWorks was very appropriately priced and took care of basically everything from start to finish..made sure all the workers were doing what they were supposed to and doing quality work. He’s honest and tells you how it is straight up, no bs! Highly recommend Rush and his crew!
