    DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. I hired Vincent Loxton, Surface Pro 7, we discussed problems, agreed to work in contract and gave him half upfront money. April 29 16 he notified me that he was finished, so I sent a realtor to list the property. Mr Loxton scammed me, he didn't do half the work required, did a poor sloppy job and cause more damage that needs fixing. He didn't paint all surfaces, fix all holes cracks and problems in house, left paint and trash around house. I have requested a refund and now he doesn't respond to me. I have about 60 pics of problems he didn't correct or he caused due to sloppy work. I have to hire another person to do the work that he didn't do but was paid for.
