I called and spoke to the receptionist and explained the job and she called back to book an appointment. Friday morning 9 am. I explained that I chose that day and time because I was able to take off work. I asked specifically if this was for an estimate or to do the work? what was the price? She stated that they would be doing the work and gave me a price. Friday at 9 am Craig calls and tells me they double booked and they couldnt come that day. I explained that I took off work and he said he'd call me back BY 12. Well guess what... I called him at 230 and he didnt answer. he called me back 15 minutes later and sounded completely DRUNK. Didnt know my name, slurring and hard to understand but told me brian was on the way. A few minutes later thes sloppy toothless redneck shows up. he looks over the job and says they can do it but not today. He then kept standing around chatting about how he likes my new counters and hes redoing his kitchen, then hes telling me how his kid is learning welding as a trade...I couldnt get rid of him but he wanted to chat, not work... Its like an hour job, It could have been done by then... We make an appt for Wednesday at 9 am... Guess what... no show. I call the office and the receptionist says she will call craig nand call me back... by 10 am no call so I leave for work and here we are...THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH.....Craig, thanks for wasting my time.
