His cost came in just a bit below the other bids we received but we initially got a good friendly vibe from him and he seemed knowledgeable. We were promised ALL work would be completely before my baby was due on June 1st 2021. He wasn't even at the halfway point by then. We took TWO seperate vacations to allow his crew to finish the job, one of which was THREE WEEKS LONG. It's now the end of September 2022 and my house still isn't finished and the work that has been done is a disaster.
