Great, honest man!! Did an amazing job on every roof or remodeling he did! Was always quick and did an outstanding job!

He is very dishonest and does not do quality work and his workers do poor work as well. They DO NOT take pride in their work and do not clean up the job site. He just wants your money, once he gets it you have to run him down or sue him to finish the job; If by chance he does finish the job it will not be done correctly and you'll have to spend more money to get a qualified contractor to correct his mess up. If you don't want to give your hard earned money away (I lost several thousands of dollars to him), I would recommend anyone to STAY AWAY from Craig Phillips Roofing LLC.

    Replace my roof

I am a real estate agent, and I was recommended to Craig by another professional I know. . He didn’t listen very well. After he took my money, I realized that he had not done some of the items on the contract. He failed to install a cricket behind the chimney which was a part of the contract. He also did not install any rain diverters over my doors, which was also in the contract. I called, texted, called, texted, emailed for weeks. He said he would come and he didn’t show up. This happened over and over again. I resorted to writing letters and threatening to take him to court. When he finally did show up, he had a snotty attitude, and when I asked for leftover shingles he threw them on the ground at my feet. Then I discovered that he used drip edge instead of rain diverter material. Didn’t even use the right stuff. I was totally disgusted.I will never recommend him to any of my clients and customers.

Mr Phillips and his crew did a GREAT JOB they were very knowledgeable and professional. They kept the ground clean as they removed the old roof. My neighbors even used him after me. He worked with me on the price as well. I highly recommend Craig Phillips

Craig Phillips and his crew did amazing work and kept the debris picked up. Craig stayed on the job site. They did some additional work at no charge .I highly recommend him.

Made an appointment and he didn't show up or call. Another sorry small business owner. Wish I didn't have to give one star.

Craig Phillips was referred to me by a general contractor. I was told that he is flaky but if you get in contact with him he will do good work. So I said Ok and thanked him for the recommendation. I got in contact with Craig very easily and believed that everything would go smoothly. I am active duty military and had to get leave from my boss to leave for 30 -60 minutes so I could get my roof looked at. But it turned out that Craig didn't care about me, and didn't care about my service to this country. He showed up at the agreed time of 1300 hours (1 PM). I told him what I knew and what I wanted. He said ok and that he would have to grab his 40 foot ladder that was a few streets over and be right back. I told him that is fine and that I would be waiting in my car for him. He left at 1305 (1:05pm) and I went and sat in my car. 1305 turned in to 1330, which turned into 1345, to 1400, to 1430. By this time I had to call my boss and let him know that my guy never showed up which in turn my boss had to get someone else to cover for me on a few things that needed done. My boss was upset but he understood. I called Craig 2 times and text him another 2. I ended up going with another roofer. I should have listened to the guy that recommended that I don't use him. But I didn't. Do not use Craig; he has no respect for you and no respect for the military.
