Pynn, Craig Ray
Craig Pynn did not properly dry in our home resulting in thousands of dollars of damage to drywall and stucco. He never put the metal roofing on or gave us a date that he planned to do so. He collected 50% upfront and now we will need to pay a new roofer to tear out everything that he installed improperly and finish the job. Stay away from Craig Pynn. He is not professional, he does not care about protecting your home from water intrusion, and despite decades of experience, does not know how to properly install underlayment, flashing, or drip edge. My biggest regret is not firing him sooner as now we are without a roof in hurricane season and every day that goes by results in more damage to my home. He also put underlayment over old rotted plywood sheathing without saying anything. Just poor craftsmanship and professionalism overall. There are plenty of other options, look elsewhere.
