This company installed doors in our home, to which we raised multiple issues with their operation. They sent a team of 3 men to inspect them. These men were monumentally rude and combative and in no way helpful. They spent the whole time loudly and aggressively defending their work and telling me I was using the doors wrong? How do you use a door wrong??They flung the doors around and tried to demonstrate in a very aggressive manor how the doors are manufactured and how nothing could ever be different or be changed .They do not care about their work or a homeowner or user. All they care about is deniability of responsibility. After all the money we spent, it is reasonable to expect your doors to close and lock properly. We will never recommend or use their services again and we suggest you don't either. It's a major problem when doors don't close or lock!
